Device Driver is great for updating your drivers. Use driver magician for backup of your drivers.

MP3 Gain Here is a great tool. Mp3 Gain. Do you need to increase the volume of your mp3 fies? This one does it well, is fast and of course, free! Put the files in the program. Choose Analysis then the Gain tab after selecting all for all the files you have to change and right click on the files and click "Apply Gain". Thats it, and your file is louder!
MP3 Reducer Reduce the size of your MP3 files, say down to 40 mhtz and it will compress the file. I did a 90 MB file down to about 12 MB without any loss of sound quality. It is free but they have a very cheap version for doing multiple files at once.
Mp3 Tag is an awesome free tool for batch remaming mp3 files. Very important to write mp 3 files back to CD after editing.
Slice Audio Splitter Slice Audio Splitter will split your mp3 files in as many parts as you want. Say you can't upload a file as big as 12 MB, just set to split in three parts and it names them Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3. Very fast and effective and free.
